Supervisor (PT Hours)

Supervisor Position 

Barista & Bar Experience Required

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Supervisor to join our team in a long-term role. This position is ideal for someone who is confident running shifts, leading a team, and delivering exceptional service across both café and bar environments.

About the Role:

* Lead and manage evening service operations

* Support and guide team members on shift

* Ensure high standards in both dinner  and bar service

* Handle customer service, problem-solving, and daily operations 

* Closing venue

* Till closing 

* Working closely with venue manager

Requirements:

* Proven basic barista

* Bar experience

* Table service experience 

* Minimum 1 year experience in a Supervisor or similar leadership role

* Ability to work at least 4 nights per week and some days.

* Fluent English 

* No student visa

* No sponsorships 

* Long term position 1 year or more 

* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

* Calm and professional under pressure

* Approved Managers card favourable but not required
