Cafe Supervisor (1+ year experience)

Long-term Management Team Opportunity – East Perth

We are looking for an experienced and bubbly Cafe Supervisor to join our growing management team in East Perth.

We are a small but tightly connected hospitality group with 3 café branches, one production kitchen and one production pastry kitchen, all working closely together with strong communication and team support.

This is not just a floor supervisor role —

we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us long-term and step into a future management pathway.

 About the Role

You will be responsible for:

• Leading weekday shifts confidently and calmly

• Strong communication between café teams & production team

• Stock taking and inventory management

• Placing orders and maintaining stock control

• Delivering warm, genuine customer service

• Supporting junior staff and maintaining team culture

Barista training can be provided,

but minimum 1 year café experience is required.

 Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday

• Between 6:15am – 3:15pm

• 35–38 hours per week

This is a stable, structured weekday role — no late nights.

 Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year café supervisory experience

• Strong communication skills

• Confident with stock control & ordering

• Responsible and organised

• A bubbly personality with a strong sense of ownership

• Someone who wants to grow long-term with one company

We are looking for someone who can commit to at least 1 year.

Unfortunately, this position is not suitable for short-term working holiday visa holders.
