VANS DELI & CAFE – HIRING SUPERVISOR

 Location: 1 Napoleon Street, Cottesloe, Perth

Vans Deli & Cafe is looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our friendly and dynamic team.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a restaurant or café, preferably in a supervisory role

Ability to manage and monitor staff, ensuring smooth daily operations

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Barista knowledge/experience is highly preferred

Ability to maintain service quality and team performance

Responsible, proactive, and a good team player

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily café operations

Coordinate and support staff during shifts

Ensure excellent customer service standards

Assist with staff training and development

Work closely with management to improve efficiency
