About Us:

Lily Paris is a high-volume French–Aussie café located on the beautiful Dolphin Quay Marina, Mandurah. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional food, coffee, and service in a fast-paced, vibrant environment. Our team is talented, hardworking, and committed to excellence.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Café Manager who can confidently run service, lead a team, and maintain our high standards across both front-of-house and operational tasks. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives under pressure, has a natural pace, and enjoys leading by example.

What We Need:

• Exceptional barista skills — you will lead coffee service and train staff
• Natural speed and efficiency during service (cannot be taught)
• Strong leadership and ability to manage a busy team
• Proven café or restaurant management experience
• Experience with rostering, ordering, and cost control
• Knowledge of OHS and compliance requirements
• Ability to maintain standards under pressure, including weekends and school holidays
