Lily Paris is a high-energy, fast-paced venue and we are looking for a driven Café Manager who wants to step up, grow their skills, and take ownership of a busy waterfront café.

This role suits someone who enjoys momentum, responsibility, and leading from the front — not a quiet venue or a desk-based management role.

𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐑𝐎𝐋𝐄

• Lead day-to-day operations in a busy service environment

• Be hands-on during peak periods

• Drive service standards, structure, and consistency

• Train, guide, and motivate the team

• Manage the floor with confidence and clarity

• Take responsibility for the venue’s performance and presentation

𝐖𝐄’𝐑𝐄 𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐒𝐎𝐌𝐄𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐖𝐇𝐎:

• Has experience managing or stepping into leadership in a café setting

• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Wants to develop their leadership and operational skills

• Is motivated, proactive, and solution-focused

• Leads by example and enjoys being on the floor

• Is confident making decisions and managing pressure

• Full-time hours
