The Role

You’ll be the driving force behind a smooth-running café great coffee, great service, and a team that’s proud of what they do.

• Keep daily operations running seamlessly
• Lead, train, and inspire a team that cares deeply about quality and hospitality
• Share your coffee knowledge and set the standard on the bar
• Manage stock, ordering, and supplier relationships
• Bring fresh ideas to keep the café buzzing and the community engaged
• Uphold our high standards across quality, food safety, and cleanliness

About You

• You’ve managed a café or fast-paced hospitality venue and genuinely love the craft
• Barista experience (especially head barista) is a big plus
• You’re a natural people person welcoming, approachable, and respected by your team
• You’re passionate about specialty coffee and enjoy talking beans, brews, and flavour profiles
• You’re organised, dependable, and thrive under pressure
• You lead from the front, rolling up your sleeves and supporting your team every step of the way
