Cafe Manager

We’re hiring a Full Time Cafe Manager for Common Bakery – High Street.

This is a salaried position offering $70–80k, depending on experience.

Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years management experience in a hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth service

• Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver high standards

• Maintain coffee quality and consistency

• Manage rostering, staffing, and wage budgets

• Handle ordering, stock control, and supplier relationships

• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and WHS standards are met

• Deliver outstanding customer experiences

• Support business growth and continuous improvement
