Mavericks Café Co is a community focused café known for quality coffee, consistent service and a welcoming atmosphere 

We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Café Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team with professionalism and care.

This role is suited to someone who is hands-on, organised and confident in both team management and coffee. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards while ensuring the café runs smoothly day to day.

Key requirements:

*Proven experience in team management within a café environment

*Strong barista skills, coffee experience is essential 

*Ability to lead by example during busy service periods

*Excellent communication and customer service skills

*Strong organisational and time-management abilities 

*A proactive, reliable and solution-focused approach

* A love for dogs is essential 

Key responsibilities:

* Overseeing daily café operations

* Leading, training and supervising staff

* Maintaining coffee, food and service standards

* Managing rosters, stock ordering and basic admin

* Ensuring cleanliness, efficiency and consistency across all shifts

* Supporting a positive and professional team culture
