Café Manager – Mr Sandwich | The Deck

📍 150 St Georges Terrace, Perth CBD

💰 $75,000–$80,000 + monthly performance bonus

⏰ Monday–Friday | 6:30am–3:00pm | 38–40 hours per week

Mr Sandwich is looking for an experienced, hands-on Café Manager to lead our team at The Deck.

We are a very busy, high-volume CBD café, serving 300+ customers per day, alongside a growing outside catering operation.

This is a full-on, fast-paced role for someone who thrives under pressure, stays organised and enjoys leading a team while being hands-on during service.

We're looking for someone who:

- Has proven café management experience

- Has a strong understanding of coffee and is competent making coffee

- Can confidently handle busy, high-pressure service

- Is highly organised & efficient 

- Has excellent communication and customer service skills

- Can lead, train and motivate a team

- Is reliable, punctual and takes ownership

- Leads from the front and is happy to be hands-on

This is not a training position. Experienced applicants only.

What we offer:

- $75,000–$80,000 + monthly performance bonus

- Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm

- 40 hours per week

- No weekends or public holidays

- 2-week Christmas/New Year closure
