Café Supervisor

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Café Supervisor to join the team at Tinsmith Garage, Fremantle.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced café environment, and enjoys building a strong team while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Tinsmith is a relatively small operation with lots of lovely local regular customers.

We're offering level 3 Hospo award rate to manage ordering, rostering and daily operations.

We're looking for someone who has previous experience in this type of role, knows their way around a coffee machine and grinder, loves working with people, gets along with regulars and has a love for hospitality.
