 We're Hiring: Full-Time Café Manager

 Nook & Co. Café – Wangara

Nook & Co. Café is looking for an experienced, passionate, and motivated Full-Time Café Manager to lead our team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will also be confident making quality coffee and supporting the team during busy service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café

• Lead, train, and motivate the team

• Prepare quality coffee and assist during busy periods

• Deliver outstanding customer service

• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control

• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are maintained

• Handle staff rostering, cash management, and daily reporting

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in café or hospitality management

• Barista experience and the ability to make consistently good coffee

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Availability to work weekends

• No public holiday work required
