Café Manager

Bayside Kitchen Matilda Bay is looking for an enthusiastic Cafe Manager to join our experienced management team.

You need to be a passionate about making and serving great coffee and food with an interest in wine.

Experience in function set up and management is preferred but not essential.

We overlook Perth's most beautiful bay, have great customers and a fun environment. 

Bayside Kitchen is fully licensed and open 7 days per week from 7.30 am each day in addition to functions as required.

This is a great opportunity for a customer driven, experienced person to lead our established management team.

The key elements of this position

1) Supervision of the front of house staff and monitoring of labour costs and service standards 

2) Exceptional barista skills, high volume outlet

3) Induction and training of new staff and maintenance of service standards through ongoing training of all staff.

5) Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions

8) Order taking and cash handling
