BARISTA RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing amazing customer service
• Creating the perfect cup of coffee
• Prepare and serve quality food and drinks according to Zarraffa's brand standards
• Cleaning and other duties as directed

SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing support and guidance to the team
• Maintaining product and service quality
• Ensuring store cleanliness and tidiness
• Overseeing shift management
• Maintaining accurate business records and compliance with policies and procedures
• Creating a warm and welcoming environment for customers
• Leading by example and directing teams in product preparation, customer service, and cleanliness standards
• Fostering a positive workplace culture and promoting teamwork
