Barista

Welcome to Salt and Oak, where the sea meets the depth of oak-aged whisky.

Located on West Coast Highway in North Beach, and overlooking the Indian Ocean, Salt and Oak offers a dining experience that celebrates the best of land and ocean. We offer a casual coastal breakfast menu and delicious coffee during the day, then by night our menu blends fresh, contemporary plates with refined classics, designed to be enjoyed with friends, family and a glass of something exceptional.

We're open 7 days a week - Monday to Friday from 6am to 2pm, then open up our dinner service from Thursday through Sunday, opening 6am -10pm.

We are currently recruiting for experienced baristas and are open to considering Casual, Full-time and Part-time hours:

Baristas are needed to deliver fast, high-quality coffee service in a busy commercial environment. These roles are focused on speed, consistency, customer service, and maintaining strong beverage standards during peak early morning trade.

All positions are required to have a valid RSA, Food Safety Certificate, outstanding communication skills, a great attitude and a love of teamwork and hospitality.
