We are looking for a passionate Junior Barista who has the foundational knowledge and is ready to turn it into practical, real-world skills.

What You’ll Do:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages to our standards.

Provide friendly, energetic customer service and take orders accurately.

Maintain a clean and organized coffee station, including regular machine maintenance and cleaning.

Assist with front-of-house duties (restocking, clearing tables, and keeping the café tidy).

Learn and grow daily under the mentorship of our senior team.

What We Are Looking For

The Foundations: You must know the basics of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and espresso machine anatomy (ideal for someone who has just completed a Barista Course/Certification).

A Can-Do Attitude: You are eager to learn, take feedback well, and want to perfect your craft.

Reliability & Punctuality: You show up on time, ready to hit the ground running (we start every morning at 6.30!).

Team Spirit: A warm, friendly personality with great communication skills.
