About the role

Join the passionate team at Little Lion Coffee at the Perth Children's Hospital in Nedlands as a Barista/All Rounder. We are dedicated in delivering specialty coffee and homemade healthy food

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing a range of specialty coffees, and cold beverages
2. Operating on a Slayer Coffee Machine, Mahlkonig Grinder/EK43S, and MoccaMaster
3. Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked area
4. Assisting with other café duties as required, such as POS and front of house duties
5. Actively contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role within the hospitality industry
2. Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and a passion for creating delicious beverages
3. Good latte art skills preferred but not essential, we will provide further training
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide warm customer service
5. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
6. A 'can do' attitude and team player
