The Coogee Boathouse is looking for experienced and passionate Baristas to join our beachfront team.

About the Role
Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and hot beverages
Delivering friendly, professional customer service
Maintaining a clean and organised coffee station
Dialling in grinders and maintaining coffee quality
Handling POS and cash transactions
Working collaboratively with floor and kitchen teams
What We’re Looking For
Previous barista experience
Ability to make consistently great coffee
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and great work ethic
Availability for mornings, weekends, and public holidays
