We're searching for a barista with experience to join the team, with a passion for customer service and the cafe environment.
About the job:
It's a casual position (approx- 25 hours per week)
Must be available on weekends!
Needing someone who is comfortable and confident on the coffee machine, that can work independently and with other baristas
What we look for:
Minimum 2-3 years in busy cafe as a barista
Proficient in producing latte art for all dine in
coffee- especially during busy times
Easy customer service- must form connections
with customers and coworkers
Can work confidently under pressure
Leadership skills- ability to direct fellow staff
