We are looking for an experienced Head Barista to lead our team and coffee program at Obi Coffee. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday salaried role that starts late January to early February.

You’ll be responsible for leading and supporting a team of baristas, dialling in espresso and filter recipes, maintaining service standards and quality during peak periods, and overseeing our full retail coffee offering.

We’re looking for someone with strong specialty coffee knowledge, experience in a high-volume cafe environment, and a friendly, reliable, natural leadership style.
