The Role:

We have an exciting position available for a customer-focused and outgoing Barista to represent Industry Beans in collaboration with the global leader for shared office workspace to make coffee for community members at a Melbourne CBD site.

Industry Beans is operating a dedicated barista service for the community members and we are looking for a fun and friendly barista to represent Industry Beans, providing outstanding coffee in a highly communal environment.

This is a permanent Part-time or Casual role working Tuesday & Thursday, 7:45am-12:30pm

You will be perfect for this role if you have:

• A passion for specialty coffee & hospitality
• Exceptional barista skills (Latte art, troubleshooting, altering the grinder etc.)
• A strong work ethic with a strong customer focus
• Strong ability to work autonomously
• A fun and positive demeanour
• The ability to develop meaningful relationships with customers (Office Community Members), providing them with an exceptional coffee experience
• The ability to work Tuesday & Thursday, 7:45am-12:30pm
