Restaurant Manager – Hearth Restaurant
We are seeking a highly experienced, hands-on Restaurant Manager for Hearth Restaurant. This is a key leadership position responsible for driving performance, culture, and guest experience at the highest level.

About the Role
- Lead from the front – set the standard for service, professionalism, and guest engagement every day
- Take full ownership of restaurant operations, including service delivery, team performance, and guest satisfaction
- Work in close partnership with the Chef de Cuisine to continuously evolve the dining experience and strengthen Hearth’s reputation
- Act as a visible and decisive leader on the floor, especially during peak service periods
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering accountability and excellence
- Oversee rosters, labour control, and recruitment, ensuring the right people are in the right roles
- Drive a culture of ownership, attention to detail, and consistency across all service touchpoints
- Ensure strict compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a premium or hatted restaurant environment (Assistant Managers ready to step up may be considered if with strong leadership exposure)
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and hold accountable a team of 15+ staff
- A strong operational mindset, confident managing service flow, staffing, and performance under pressure
- Passion for West Australian produce, native ingredients, and premium food & beverage
- A visible and professional leader with presence, confidence, and a guest-focused approach
- A results-driven mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
