Experienced Barista Wanted – CRU Health + Juice Bar

CRU Health + Juice Bar, located near North Coogee Beach, is seeking an experienced full-time Barista to join our team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional coffee and healthy food options in a vibrant, beachside setting.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-time (38 hours per week), Part-time, Casual

• Availability: Weekends required

• Operating Hours: 

o Weekdays: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm

o Weekends: 6:30 am – 2:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages (Barista experience essential)

• Provide outstanding customer service

• Operate POS systems in a fast-paced environment

• Prepare smoothies, juices, and açai bowls

• Assist with sandwich and grab-and-go food preparation (no cooking required)

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar café environment

• Strong Barista skills (mandatory; training provided for additional tasks)

• Ability to work weekends and adapt to a dynamic environment
