The Role:
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our coffee service. This includes maintaining our high standards, training and mentoring staff, and ensuring seamless operations during busy periods. You will work closely with the management team to develop and refine our coffee offering.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Barista in a high-quality, fast-paced café environment.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or training capacity (for Head Barista role).
• Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and maintain standards during peak hours.
• Strong reliability, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
