We’re looking for a new Assistant Managers, who can lead shifts with energy, a positive attitude and commitment to getting the best out of people and delivering the best to our guests.

You don’t need to come with a management title already on your resume. What matters most to us is who you are, we can teach you the rest.

This role is for you if you:

You might have worked in fast food, retail, a café, a deli, a restaurant — or somewhere completely different where teamwork, pace, and resilience mattered. If you’ve been the person others rely on, we can teach you the rest.

What you’ll actually be doing:

• Leading shifts from the floor, not the office
• Supporting and motivating a diverse team during busy service
• Jumping in wherever needed — at the till, the kitchen, or on the floor
• Helping your Café Manager to keep costs on track
• Maintaining the high standards Dôme is known for — every day, every shift

You won’t be thrown in the deep end alone. We provide structured training, ongoing coaching, and real support to help you grow into the role.
