We are currently seeking a motivated Apprentice Chef to join our team at Ranges Village. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining hands-on experience and completing a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery under the guidance of highly skilled, internationally experienced Chefs.

• Training and learning from a team of qualified, passionate Chefs

• Supporting production kitchens and developing skills across a wide range of culinary styles

• Working towards a nationally recognised trade qualification (Cert III Commercial Cookery)

• Enjoying competitive remuneration within a stable and growing organisation

• Working Monday to Friday, 11-hour days — no weekends!

• A genuine passion for food and a strong interest in developing a culinary career

• Hospitality experience (ideally in a fast-paced or bulk food environment)

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Reliable, hardworking, resilient, and able to follow instructions

• Willingness to commit to study outside of work hours

• Local to Karratha or surrounding areas

• Full Australian working rights

• Must reside locally (Karratha or surrounds)

• Own transport and accommodation

• Certificate II in Hospitality (advantageous but not essential)

• A fully funded apprenticeship

• Earn while you learn

• Monday–Friday roster (5:2)
