We’re currently looking for casual Front of House team members across our North of River venues to join the team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming, high-energy environment while maintaining the overall standard of the space.

From greeting customers and guiding them through their experience, to keeping the venue clean, reset, and running smoothly – you’ll play a key role in how people experience Alchemy.

This role can become fast-paced during peak periods, so we’re looking for people who are proactive, adaptable, and comfortable balancing customer interaction with venue upkeep and operational tasks throughout their shift.

Availability

We’re looking for team members with flexibility across weekdays and weekends, with availability to pick up a mix of shifts across our North of River locations.
