Senior Front of House

Ten Minas is a Japanese-Italian fusion restaurant located in Como. We are looking for an experienced Senior Front of House professional to join our team full-time in March / April (start date flexible).

This role is ideal for someone who loves hospitality and takes pride in delivering warm, seamless service.

About the Role:

· Lead daily FOH operations and support the management team in managing FOH duties

· Deliver exceptional guest experiences from open to close

· Train and supervise FOH staff

· Handle reservations, customer enquiries, and service flow

· Maintain high service standards and a positive team culture

· Assist with opening / closing procedures and cash handling

· Weekly ordering

What is required:

· Working proficiency in English required

· At least 2 years of barista experience (highly desirable)

· At least 2 years of customer service experience

· Day and evening shifts required throughout the week, alongside weekend lunch & dinner shifts 

· A valid working visa for a minimum of 3 years, or is looking to obtain one
