Barista/ Counterhand
GrindhouseGrindhouse is a newly opened café located inside the new ECU City Building, serving specialty coffee and fresh, wholesome food made in-house.
We’re looking for an experienced FOH Allrounder: someone who can be a counterhand, a barista who is passionate about quality coffee and thrives in a fast-paced environment, and a customer service superstar.
This is a casual role with full-time hours available.
About the role:
- Lead coffee quality control on our La Marzocco PB ABR, Mythos grinders, Mocamaster and EK43
- Prepare exceptional espresso and batch brew recipes
- Deliver warm, welcoming service to every customer
- Support a busy café team with reliability and enthusiasm
What we’re looking for:
- Monday-Friday availability,
- Proven barista experience
- Confidence working in high-volume service environments
- Good latte art skills (preferred)
- A genuine passion for coffee, people, and great hospitality
