The role:
• Host tasting bench experiences sharing our coffees and products.
• Recommend and sell coffee, products and equipment.
• Assist with the retail teams' day-to-day operations.
• Keen on roasting? It's interactive here. Expect to demo, explain, and bring customers into the process.

You bring:
• Great attitude (non-negotiable)
• Strong customer focus
• Retail sales experience preferred, or a genuine willingness to learn
• A desire to keep growing, personally and professionally
