The Coogee Boathouse is looking for a strong full-time Restaurant Manager and experienced casual bartenders to join our high-energy, fast-paced team.

 Restaurant Manager (Full-Time)

A leadership role for someone who thrives in busy service and leads from the front.

Key responsibilities:

Running day-to-day operations on the floor

Managing and motivating a large team

Delivering high standards of service

Rostering, stock control & reporting

Working closely with the Venue Manager

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in a similar role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to handle high-volume service

Hands-on, proactive attitude

Approved Manager & RSA required

 Experienced Bartenders (Casual)

Perfect for bartenders who enjoy fast service, good vibes, and a busy bar.

What we’re looking for:

Experience in a high-volume bar

Confident with cocktails, beer & wine

Great customer service and personality

Ability to work under pressure

RSA required
