Restaurant Manager

At Guzman y Gomez, we believe in authentic flavors and the power of food to bring people together. As the Restaurant Manager at GYG, you will lead the charge in overseeing daily operations. You will empower the team through coaching and training, while managing your restaurant's P&L. Your role will see you maintaining the highest standards of quality, adhering to all procedures, while embodying the GYG spirit. 

We appreciate diverse experience, but specifically we are looking for candidates that have:  

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting  
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team
• Previous success in meeting KPI’s
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service  
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills 

Salary:
GYG offers a competitive annual base salary starting from $76,500 (excluding superannuation), with remuneration tailored to your experience and suitability for the role. The following benefits are additional to this salary:
