Wildflower Restaurant, a 3-hatted, award winning restaurant at the top of Perth’s State Buildings, has a rare opening for a passionate Kitchen Attendant to join our Kitchen operations.
About the Role
We are currently seeking a casual Kitchen Attendant to join our talented team. This role commences as casual, with the potential to move to full time across other venues within the State Buildings. As a Kitchen Hand, you will play a vital role in supporting our chefs and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, contributing to the overall dining experience of our guests.
- Assist in the preparation of food items and non-cooking duties as directed by the chefs
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and food preparation areas
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently
- Provide support to the team during busy service periods
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Candidates will have the following:
- Previous experience in a high-end restaurant or hospitality environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Valid Food Handling Certificate
