Hospitality All Rounder (Cafe & Restaurant)

We’re growing our team and are looking for experienced hospitality professionals to join us at 11 Acre Farm, working across both our Cubby Cafe and The Good Paddock restaurant.

This is an all-rounder role, with shifts primarily between 8:00am and 3:00pm on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Availability on these days is essential. Weekend shifts are available for those looking for additional hours.

About the role

You’ll work across a variety of front-of-house responsibilities including:

* Table service with warm, attentive hospitality

* Taking orders and serving food and drinks

* Running food and clearing tables

* Bar service

* Assisting barista if you have the skills (experience is a bonus, but not essential)

* Opening, closing and general venue presentation

About you

We’re looking for someone who:

* Has previous hospitality experience

* Thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment

* Has excellent communication and genuine table-side service

* Takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences

* Works well as part of a team and is happy to jump in wherever needed

* Has an appreciation for seasonal, locally sourced food and where it comes from
