 Bar Manager Requirements

• Previous bar management experience

• Strong cocktail knowledge and creativity

• Ability to lead, train and inspire a team

• Experience with stock control and ordering

• Supplier management experience

• Knowledge of beverage costing and menu development

• Ability to perform under pressure

• Passion for exceptional customer service

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• A cool head during busy service

• Ability to keep the team motivated and having fun

Bonus Points If You:

 Can create a cocktail people talk about for weeks

 Know that "just one quick drink" usually isn't

 Can handle Friday nights without breaking a sweat

 Sommelier Requirements

• WSET Level 3 (minimum)

• Extensive wine knowledge

• Passion for wine and guest experience

• Ability to confidently recommend wines

• Strong upselling skills

• Experience working with wine suppliers

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong attention to detail

Bonus Points If You:

 Can pronounce difficult wine names without hesitation

 Get excited when someone asks for a wine recommendation

 Know the difference between "good wine" and "great wine"

 Head Barista Requirements

• Strong specialty coffee knowledge

• Experience leading and training barista teams

• Maintain coffee quality and consistency

• Monitor workflow efficiency

• Manage coffee equipment maintenance

• Ensure recipes and procedures are followed

• Ability to coach and support team members

• Passion for coffee excellence

Bonus Points If You:

 Know your latte art isn't just a blob

 Can dial in espresso before most people have breakfast

 Believe coffee solves at least 90% of life's problems

 Bartenders &

• Have hospitality experience (preferred)

• Deliver amazing customer service

• Work well in a team

• Are reliable and punctual

• Can keep calm when the coffee machine and cocktail orders are both firing at once
