Head Barista

Our Common Bakery store on Carrington Street, Nedlands is currently hiring a Head Barista.

This is a casual position with a set roster of 5 days per week (Wednesday–Sunday), 38 hours per week.

We’re looking for someone with previous experience in a Head Barista role.

The Head Barista is responsible for overseeing overall coffee quality and consistency across the venue, including maintaining high standards, training and supporting barista staff, monitoring workflow efficiency, managing coffee equipment maintenance, and ensuring all recipes and procedures are followed consistently.
