Head Barista

Common Bakery on Broadway is hiring a Head Barista 

This is a casual position working 5 days per week, with shifts from 6am–2:30pm. Weekend & Public Holiday availability is essential.

We’re looking for someone with strong latte art skills, espresso dial in experience, & excellent coffee knowledge. The role will focus on quality control, maintaining high coffee standards, & supporting the training & development of our barista team.
