Food & Beverage Attendant

Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Attendant to join our dynamic team in Perth’s vibrant hospitality sector. This casual role is ideal for individuals looking to gain entry-level experience in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service to our guests and contributing to a memorable dining experience.

The role will include the coverage of breakfast shifts with flexibility to assist with evening shifts as required. Business Hours: 4:00am to 11:00pm, primarily covering Monday to Thursday; however additional coverage may be required. This role has the potential for the ideal candidate to advance within the team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring high standards of presentation.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of dining areas.
• Handle cash and process payments in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications:

• No formal education required; however, a passion for hospitality is essential.
• Minimum of 2 year’s experience in a Hotel Environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and processing payments.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Mandatory RSA & Food Safety Certificates
• Approved Managers Desirable
