Experienced Barista – Casual

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team at Common Bakery on a casual basis (25–30 hours per week).

Our two venues in Nedlands are just five minutes apart, and we operate as one team across both stores. You’ll have the opportunity to work in both spaces, bringing consistency, energy and great service wherever you’re rostered.

We’re looking for someone with a minimum of two years experience as a barista in a fast paced café environment who can confidently dial in espresso, texture milk to a high standard, and consistently produce quality coffee under pressure. You’ll bring excellent communication and customer service skills, be available across weekdays and weekends, and feel comfortable supporting front of house service, including taking customer orders. A team first attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a close knit team are essential.
