About the role

Join the vibrant team at Brooklane Cafe' in Ellenbrook, WA as a full-time Cafe Crew Member. In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you will be an integral part of delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverages to our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and serving a range of specialty coffees, teas, and other hot and cold beverages
• Crafting delicious meals, sandwiches, and snacks from our diverse menu
• Restocking and maintaining the cleanliness of the cafe, including the kitchen, service areas, and dining spaces
• Providing friendly and efficient customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
• Assisting with cash handling and operating the point-of-sale system
• Adhering to all health, safety, and food hygiene standards
• Working collaboratively with the wider café team to achieve daily goals

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a cafe or restaurant environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and colleagues
• A passion for food and beverages, with the ability to prepare high-quality menu items
• A positive, energetic, and adaptable attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately
• Good time management skills and the ability to multitask
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
