About the role

In this role, your duties as a Barista will include but not be limited to:

• preparing high-quality espresso beverages quickly and consistently
• maintaining/troubleshooting coffee equipment
• managing stock levels and food safety compliance
• overseeing shift operations and service speed
• handling customer feedback & resolving service issues
• opening or closing our store per business procedures.

What we're looking for

• Full Australian working rights or valid visa essential
• Min. 2+ years previous Barista experience essential
• Early 5:30 am start & weekend availability essential
• Food Safety and/or Food Safety Supervisor certificates
• Strong customer service skills with efficient workflow management
• High attention to detail & strong organisational skills.
