Customer Service Team Members / Barista

We’re on the lookout for energetic casual team members to join our awesome crew! If you love great coffee, enjoy chatting with people, and know how to create a positive customer experience, we’d love to meet you.

This role is perfect for students finishing school, or anyone studying at TAFE or Uni — we’re flexible and happy to work around your schedule.

What you’ll be doing:

Making quality coffee, drinks and food with confidence

Delivering friendly, professional customer service

Working as part of a supportive and fun team

What we’re looking for:

At least 1 year of barista experience

A positive, outgoing personality and strong work ethic

Excellent communication and English skills

Availability across weekdays and weekends

Ability to work early morning shifts when needed

We’ll provide ongoing training and support to help you grow in the role — all we ask is that you bring good energy, reliability, and a great attitude every shift.
