We’re looking for three casual team members to join our friendly community café, located just a short walk from the Bayswater train station. If you’re passionate about great coffee, exceptional service, and working in a supportive team environment, we’d love to hear from you!

1. Experienced Barista

• Position: Casual
• Experience: 2+ years barista roles
• Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week (potentially more hours for the right candidate)
• What we’re looking for: A barista who takes pride in crafting great coffee, works efficiently during busy services, and enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
• Casual rates: Competitive rates reflecting your experience.

2. Casual FOH (Front of House)

• Position: Casual
• Experience: High-quality customer service experience
• Skills: Great communication skills, friendly attitude, and excellent team spirit
• Ideal for: Someone looking to pick up extra hours, particularly those who work nights and want to add daytime hours to their schedule.

3. Kitchen Hand

· Position: Casual

· Experience: Have previous experience working in a commercial kitchen (6 months +)

· Skills: Dishwashing, cleaning, basic food preparation, work well as a part of team, willing to learn and grow within the kitchen.
