We are seeking a dedicated Cook to join our team in Busselton, Western Australia. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and dietary requirements.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a safe and hygienic manner, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients.
• Follow recipes and portion controls for consistency
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and work areas.
• Provide excellent customer service by accommodating special requests and dietary restrictions.
• Support a positive, values-driven team culture.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar role.
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
