The Role

We’re currently looking for a Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who loves the café industry, thrives on building relationships, and enjoys helping hospitality businesses succeed. If you’re energised by meeting new people, growing accounts, and representing a respected coffee brand, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Be a key contributor within the sales team
• Grow market share and brand awareness across cafés, restaurants, and other hospitality channels
• Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships through outstanding service and support
• Represent Dimattina Coffee with professionalism and strong product knowledge
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs with a strategic, motivated approach
• Work closely with operations, training, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery

About You

• A strong network within the café and hospitality scene
• Proven experience in a B2B sales role, ideally within food & beverage or hospitality
• A genuine love of coffee and passion for the café industry
• Solid understanding of café business operations, including challenges, culture, customers, and commercial realities
• Commercial knowledge of coffee supply and coffee equipment solutions within the café market
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong problem-solving ability with a solution-focused mindset
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider team
• Confident managing your own territory and schedule
• Current driver’s licence with a solid driving record
