Hospitality Services Operator (No Experience)

Your role:  

Deliver hospitality services in the most unique workplaces working on board ships and providing support to operations.  
As a Hospitality Services Operator, you’ll work in a team to provide quality hospitality services to the ship’s company, serve VIPs, manage canteens and serve at events and functions such as cocktail parties, formal dinners, and diplomatic functions. 

Whether you have recently finished school, currently studying, already in the workforce or you have no experience at all, we’re hiring. You’ll be paid from day one to gain all the skills needed with extensive on-the-job training.

Your duties include, but aren’t limited to: 

• Food, bar and barista services 

• Canteen attendant 

• Cash handling 

• Catering and waiting 

• Table service 

• Event coordination 

• Polishing silverware and tableware

Salary:  
Upon completion of your initial military and employment training, you’ll enjoy a salary package starting from $82,322.  

Eligibility: 

• For these roles, you must be at least 17 at the time of enlistment, an Australian Citizen, and have passes in Year 10 English and Maths.
