Kaltiva Coffee Roasters is looking for an experienced coffee professional to join our growing team in Wangara.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves this industry. Someone who takes pride in making exceptional coffee, remembers regulars by name, creates memorable customer experiences and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and help wherever needed.
This is more than just a barista role.
You’ll be a crucial part of our front-of-house team while also supporting our roastery operations alongside Chelsea and the team.
We’re after a leader, not a passenger.
What we’re looking for:
Specialty coffee experience (minimum 2 years preferred)
Confident behind a coffee machine and grinder
Customer-focused and great with people
Reliable, punctual and professional
Takes pride in maintaining a clean and organised workspace
Happy to assist with food prep, packing orders and day-to-day roastery operations
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Bonus points if you:
Have experience training baristas or leading team members
Can support and educate new café partners
Know your way around Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or content creation
Have a passion for helping grow a local specialty coffee brand

Monday to Friday hours with occasional Saturdays.
