If you live for great pastries and even better customer connections, we want you at Beth’s in East Victoria Park!

We are looking for an outgoing, energetic Front of House Superstar to join our tight-knit bakery family on a casual basis (15 to 25 hours per week).

What You Will Do:

• Cheerfully greet customers and share your genuine love for our pastries and sourdough.
• Drive sales naturally by upselling our delicious treats and daily specials.
• Serve specialty coffee, pack baked goods safely, and keep the front counter looking immaculate.
• Work cohesively with the team to maintain a high-energy, positive vibe.

What We Are Looking For:

• Availability: Weekend availability is essential.
• Shift Times: Available for rostered shifts between 6:30 am and 3:30 pm (we are open 7 days a week).
• Passion: A true interest in artisan baking, pastries, and sourdough culture.
• Personality: Outgoing, vibrant, and naturally confident with customer engagement.
• Experience: Previous bakery or high-volume cafe experience is a massive advantage.
• Skills: Strong communication skills and a natural knack for upselling.
