Café Manager / Head Barista

We’re on the hunt for a Café Manager / Head Barista to join the team at Black Honey Espresso in the Perth CBD.

This is a Monday–Friday role — no nights, no weekends, no public holidays.

Hours are roughly 5:00am – 2:30pm, with a car bay available.

 About the role

We’re a fast-paced, high-volume takeaway café focused on quality coffee, good energy, and great service.

You’ll be:

* Leading the team day-to-day

* Dialling in coffee + maintaining quality

* Training staff + setting the standard

* Ordering + basic stock control

* Helping build a strong, positive team culture

* Leadership or senior café experience
