Cafe Manager - Dome Manning

Dome Coffees is a well-established Australian café brand known for its welcoming atmosphere, quality coffee, and extensive menu offering.

A rare opportunity is now available in our South of the River location at Dome Manning for an experienced and passionate Cafe Manager to join the team. Newly built just last year, our café offers a comforting and inviting space for guests.

As Café Manager, you will be responsible for

• Leading and overseeing the daily operations
• Managing rosters, performance, recruitment and ongoing development
• Maintaining Dome’s standards for quality and consistency, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for every customer
• Overseeing inventory and ensuring compliance

Our cafes are open from 6am to 9pm and managers are expected to work 5 shifts a week, across a variety of the days from week to week. The morning and weekends are our busiest times - so your full availability is a definite necessity
