Spill the Beans @ Seascapes is a high-volume, high-pressure machine, and we’re looking for a new gear to keep us moving.

If you need to be told what to do next, this isn't the job for you. If you see a line out the door and your first instinct is to kick into fifth gear, let’s talk.

PROVEN SKILL: You have a hospitality background. You know the flow, the lingo, and the standards.

FAST OR LAST: Speed is our currency. We need someone who moves with urgency and cleans as they go.

ELITE MULTI-TASKER: Can you hold a conversation, prep a bag, and watch the dockets at the same time? Good.

WEEKEND WARRIOR: You own the Saturday/Sunday rush, school holidays, and public holidays.
